Sorensen Construction, Inc. is partners with the Renewable Energy company, Common Energy LLC. By implementing a renewable energy system, photovoltaics and/or solar hot water for example, Sorensen Construction, Inc. has the ability to design/build a structure that has real sustainable values.
Common Energy LLC was developed in Hood River, Oregon, in the Columbia Gorge Area, in 2003. The original mission statement of Common Energy LLC, to inspire interest and development of renewable energy systems in the Columbia Gorge Area, has created the foundation for the success of the company.
As of 2013, Common Energy LLC has installed over 75 renewable energy systems in Hood River, the Columbia Gorge and surrounding areas.
