Project commenced in 1999 and was finished in 2000. This was the first custom home construction project for us in the Hood River area. The house is small and well built. The lot is on a quiet street on the East side of Hood River almost looking over the Hood River river. The house proved to be comfortable and efficient. It is still occupied by the original owner. We are very proud of our first new construction custom home in Hood River.
